So nothing really new happened, no new news, nothing interesting in the box office and not really anything interesting came out over the weekend. I even had to go back and review Expendables 3 and even their nothing interesting happened. I mean dear lord I know September is technically a dead zone in hollywood but seriously?
Anyway Guardians took first place again which is cool where as Pierce Bronson needs to be rethinking his career again and another nail in the coffin is being taken in the found footage genre (sorry Chronicle 2!)
Weekend box office
1.) Guardians of the galaxy- $ 17 million
2.) Teenage mutant ninja turtles- $11 million
3.) If I stay- $9.3 million
4.) As above so below- $ 8.6 million
5.) Let's be cops- $8.2 million
6.) The November man- $ 7.9 million
7.) When the game stands tall- $ 7 million
8.) The Giver- $5.2 million
9.) The Hundred foot journey- $4.8 million
10.) The expendables 3- $3.5 million
So that's the weekend box office, and nothing new happens so It will be interesting what will happen or if anything happens this week. So long.
