Look's like the Disney executives can buy another yacht now that Avengers Age of Ultron now has the second highest weekend of all time only about nine million less than the last movie and it has over six hundred million world wide. Now a couple of people are concerned the fact it made nine million less than the original to me I'm not worried because A.) The Mayweather-Pacquiao fight ate up a lot of people's money and I can attest to this because my family watched the fight and it was really expensive, 2.) The original Avengers was the first of it's kind so everyone had to see it and 3.) It's the second highest and the first highest was it's predecessor that's not a cause for panic. Still good for them it's a good movie.
Also my review for Age of Ultron will be coming out soon but it's taking way longer to write than anticipated and I have exams tomorrow and Wednesday. Still here's what happened this weekend.
Weekend box office
1.) Avengers age of Ultron- $191 million
2.) Furious 7~ $6.6 million
3.)The Age of Adaline- $6.2 million
4.)Paul Blart Mall cop 2~ $5.2 million
5.) Home- $ 3 million
6.) Cinderella~ $2.7 million
7.) Ex Machina- $ 2.28 million
8.) Unfriended- $2.2 million
9.) The Longest ride- $ 1.7 million
10.) Women in Gold- $1.6 million
Other than Avengers Age of Ultron which will probably dominate the month of May I'm surprised how long Women in Gold is holding out and how well Ex Machina is doing for an indie movie. Speaking of holding out I am shocked at how well Home has been doing since it's come out which is good for Jim Parsons in terms of an animation career. Anyway that's the weekend box office and hopefully I get the Age of Ultron review out soon and hopefully Exams don't just eat away at me.
