So the weekend comes and goes, and we review the how much money other people have made. Kind of said considering I only make two cents a month on this thing but it's still fun. This week gone girl (which I really liked) came out along with Annabelle (I ended up not seeing that this week) and it was actually a fairly close race between the two.
Weekend box office
1.) Gone Girl- $ 37.5 million
2.) Annabelle- $ 37.1 million
3.) The Equalizer- $18 million
4.) The Boxtrolls- $11.9 million
5.) The Maze Runner- $ 11.6 million
6.) Left behind- $6.3 million
7.) This is where I leave- $ 4 million
8.) Dolphin Tale 2- $ 3.4 million
9.)Guardians of the galaxy- $3 million
10.) No Good Deed- $ 2 million
That's probably the closet I've ever seen for number 1 at the box office ever and it's astounding, it makes me wonder if these two movies hadn't opened on the same day how much they would have made. Anyway that's the weekend box office and hopefully these post become more on time.
